Fletcher Jones Imports Service Center

Just finished bringing in my car for service. Dave is my Service Advisor and he is great. He listens to all my complaints and concerns about my car and without a doubt gets everything fixed. He is attentive, friendly and honest. Dave is the best Service Advisor I have ever had.

Austin was extremely helpful & easy to deal with for a last minute issue. He is an amazing service advisor & I would highly recommend him for any maintenance appointments. The staff at the service department are very helpful as well & create a great atmosphere.

The wife and I went in for repairs on a vehicle we owned and ultimately left in the vehicle we needed. The salesman "Ori" took great care of us. Everything went as smoothly as possible. We had a small issue about 2 months in and they kept their word on the repairs and our service rep "David Miller" facilitated things appropriately. Thanks again!
