I had an awesome experience at **The Car & Truck Guys** when I came in to get my serpentine belt replaced. **Ethan** and **Jessie** were incredibly helpful from the start—friendly, professional, and completely upfront about everything. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what the serpentine belt does, and why it needed replacing. I really appreciated how clearly they communicated the cost and timeline—no pressure, no upselling, just honest work. The repair was done faster than I expected, and my car has been running perfectly since. Mark and his team were amazing! I needed to have someone remove the old splash guard and install a new one on my Honda fit. I had the part for it, I just needed help with it and these guys did it for me. No problems whatsoever. I highly recommend these guys, and from here on out I know where I’m taking my car for repairs as much as I can. They have my business.
