USA Auto Services #1

USA Auto Services on S Decatur is the best auto shop I've gone to so far. The guys there are very good, fast workers. They're amazing. Thank you, guys, and a very special thank you to the boss, Jorge.

$400 to press a button? No thanks! I just needed a simple hybrid system reset after changing my car battery. These guys looked at my car and suddenly it turned into a $2,000+ “emergency.” They wanted $600 for a new starter — even though I just had it serviced at Toyota! In the end, they charged me $400 just to do what should’ve cost $40 (or been free with a coupon!). Moral of the story: unless your wallet’s too heavy, steer clear of this place.

I usually don’t feel comfortable getting a lot of repairs done at places, I get nervous and intimidated for some reason I have trust issues with repair shops. This place however won me over I really trust this team and Jorge especially. They do a great job, fast, affordable and reliable. I feel like they are more concerned about doing a great job instead of making a quick buck. 5 star rating and I plan to come back for all future repairs & refer others. Thank you USA Auto Services for the wonderful service!

After taking a few weeks to save up, I brought the car back for the work, and I’m happy to say it’s running perfectly. Out of the eight items they quoted, they got everything done with no surprises. I also got quotes from other shops for the same works ju…

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this shop! I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016, bringing in four different vehicles over the years, and they’ve never let me down. George and his incredible team always go above and beyond to get the work done right. They don’t just fix your car they genuinely care about making sure you’re safe on the road. George takes the time to explain what’s going on, advises on what needs attention, and provides honest quotes without pressuring you into unnecessary work. That kind of transparency is so rare these days, and I truly appreciate it. I also want to give a special shoutout to Gloria, their receptionist, who is nothing short of amazing. She’s alway…
