This is my third time going to Busy Boots, and I highly recommend them to everyone! They now take care of both my Audi and BMW. We originally brought the vehicle to Carmax which lied to us claiming they do alignments there so I called Busyboots which answered immediately and had immediete openings to have the vehicle fixed. The owner was awesome and down to earth, the employees very friendly and respectful. The waiting area was very comfortable and relaxing. Coffee, drinks, ice cream, and cookies. I had a great experience at Busy Boots. I brought my car in with a license plate that had been super glued on (long story), and they took care of it quickly and professionally. They also did a quick smog check while I was there, and the whole process was fast and smooth. All the employees were super helpful, friendly, and honest. photos are where the honda manufacture issue they had and had recall 10 years ago. I was extremely happy with the cost and repair service. My 2008 Honda Civic was leaking, and I called them on Saturday—they were able to take my car in on Monday and quickly diagnosed the issue using fluid pressure testing. Turns out, the engine had a crack. The lady at the front desk helped me find a secondhand engine with about the same mileage as mine. she gave me two options The engine itself wasn’t as expensive as I expected, but the labor cost was more than the engine—and I had no problem with that.
