Caliber Collision

Caliber Collision as a whole is AMAZING. But if you are smart, you will avoid the one on N Rancho like the PLAGUE. The one star rating is for THAT facility only. Most uncooperative people we have ever seen. We will be going to another location for our body work. The insurance adjuster is also disgusted with this specific location as they have given us nothing but the run around.

My service advisor Lee, was great, got into an accident with my BMW and he was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. Brought me through every step of the way and kept me updated. Extremely professional. Lee is amazing.

Talk about a factory finish! My vehicle is basically back to brand new. I really appreciate Mario and his team for executing the way they did. They are prompt with communication/ information, color matched my Pearl White paint to the tee, and body work/ panel alignment looks amazing. I’m very proud to this My Body Shop!
