Caliber Collision

Caliber Collision as a whole is AMAZING. But if you are smart, you will avoid the one on N Rancho like the PLAGUE. The one star rating is for THAT facility only. Most uncooperative people we have ever seen. We will be going to another location for our body work. The insurance adjuster is also disgusted with this specific location as they have given us nothing but the run around.

My service advisor Lee, was great, got into an accident with my BMW and he was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. Brought me through every step of the way and kept me updated. Extremely professional. Lee is amazing.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the treatment I received from this Caliber Collision, especially with Lee as my service writer. He’d always update me during the progression of my beloved Challenger, and was completely transparent of the entire repair process. Over the years I’ve had multiple vehicles in body shops and as much of a hassle as the process can be, Lee was excellent making it an extremely smooth and pain free endeavor.

I suspect if you're reading this review, you're either: (1) looking around for the best company to take your damaged vehicle; (2) the owner/an employee of this company; or (3) bored as heck and wanting to spend time reading reviews of automotive repair shops. Regardless of the reason, it's never fun to visit a repair shop because obviously something bad occurred with your vehicle...as it did with my truck. Just like any responsible vehicle operator (that has an insurance policy), I contacted my insurance company to place a claim on my damaged truck, due to attempted theft - those jackwagons attempted to steal my truck in the middle of the day at a public location. Needless to…

Talk about a factory finish! My vehicle is basically back to brand new. I really appreciate Mario and his team for executing the way they did. They are prompt with communication/ information, color matched my Pearl White paint to the tee, and body work/ panel alignment looks amazing. I’m very proud to this My Body Shop!
