Master Automotive Centers

The service doesn’t get any better than this. You have always provided excellent availability, communication and quality repairs. You are my go to mechanic. I highly recommend you!

For three years, I’ve trusted this shop with my vehicles, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent work and customer service. In the past, I dealt with frustrating experiences at other shops…mechanics and owners often hustling unnecessary purchases and repairs. Here, it’s different. John and the team are honest, reliable, and a true source of confidence, making car maintenance stress-free for me. I’ve finally found a shop I can trust, and I’ll keep coming back.

This is my go to place for anything with my car. The gentleman here are super friendly and professional and I never feel like they are lying to me about my services. I feel taken care of and trust their opinions of work needed.

Johnathan on the phone was extremely rude. I called to see if I can get some pricing for service on my Jeep and this guy went off talking about "how do I know exactly what's wrong with the vehicle" and "I don't give pricing over the phone!" I was taken aback by his loss of temper in what was less than a 40 second call. He abruptly hung up on me as I was a loss for words. I would not support this kind of customer service! Taking my business somewhere else and I would recommend you do too

The work was done quickly and done WELL. If you have a Third Gen Camaro their welder is the guy to talk to for exhaust. They wound up having to change my catalytic converter (they made sure to get my approval first, which is more than I can say for some other shops I’ve been to) and were happy to show me the old one, which was definitely done for. I’m very selective with who I take my vehicles to and I’ll definitely be coming back for more exhaust work! All the employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And most importantly it sounds like a muscle car again!
