Express Auto Care

Brad and Chris were awesome! My Cadillac Escalade was overheating, so I had it towed to Express Auto Care. Even without an appointment, they took my car in right away. Brad, the owner, was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and gave me a straightforward, honest quote for all the work that needed to be done. This place is truly trustworthy, and their prices are very reasonable. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you, Express Auto Care, for doing an amazing job on my car! Mahalo

Called the shop to ask about the price of a smog check the price was $25 which is fair. I was excited to get an experience from this place because of the reviews and I was looking for a mechanic because my car is becoming older. When I arrived the store said closed on the window. I walked back to my car and called again to see if they were actually open. They said yes they were open and had the sign turned around and I asked about if they can get the smog done now. They said yes and for me to “pull in” to the open bay. And I did. I pulled in half way and was greeted with, condescending and confused behavior from a man who seems to have never successfully worked a customer service job in his …

My AC stopped working a while ago, and I finally had the time to take my car in. Everything went really fast, from getting me an estimate to giving my information and giving me an estimated time they'd have my car ready. 2 hrs later, my car was ready for pick up. Overall, they did a fantastic job, and it took 3 hrs to get everything done.

I came here for an A/C diagnostic, my car ended up needing a new compressor. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast. Communication throughout the process was great. Chris and Brad run a great shop. I will return if any other services are needed in the future, thanks guys.

Chris is amazing! His level of customer service is among the best I've seen. His knowledge was extraordinary. The mechanic who worked on my New Yorker (didn't catch his name) is one to keep. Thanks Express! My wife and I are lovin' the new ride!
