Paul's Auto Service

Paul’s auto service is the TRUTH! the only shop in Vegas that I will continue to go to. I have taken all of my cars to John, he is the only mechanic that I’ve met out here in Vegas who is honest and knows what he’s doing. and Michelle at the front desk is always very kind and makes you comfortable in knowing that your vehicle is in good hands. Thank you guys for always getting the job done!! 🤙🏽😎

Michelle and John are great and this IS a Best of Vas Vegas Shop! Dont waste your time and money next door.

Everyone in my family have been going to Pauls Auto Service for years. The shop as fixed everything from a simple oil change on all our vehicles to getting a 80's car running. But this last time I took my car in because my antifreeze was leaking, I took my car in to get an estimate on what turns out to be a waterpump issue. The lady at the desk calls and tells me it was going to cost $2800 , which is fair but I didn't have the money at the time so I told her I was coming to pick it up and I would wait til I get the funds and bring it back. I drove the car home not knowing there was a piece hanging to the ground that came from the right front passenger side of the car with missing …

I have been going to Paul’s auto for over 14hrs. It didn’t matter if it was a new vehicle or my older vehicle. They are honest and they always do great work. John is a straight up guy (mechanic) he will explain everything in detail which is what I love about it !

I had a great experience with Paul's Auto. They literally saved the day for me, and went the extra mile to make sure.my Mini Cooper was repaired & paid for by the warranty company just a day before the warranty was set to expire...a repair I had been trying to get done for over 6 weeks by Pep Boys, who gave me nothing but the run around. Every person I dealt with at Paul's Auto was friendly, professional and helpful. I never felt taken advantage of, and I got the distinct impression they operate with high integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family.
